1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ReadNoMore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReadNoMore provides an AI-powered platform that converts newsletters sent via email into audio narrations. The Service includes a personal podcast feed, automated link extraction, and summarization tools.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you forward to the Service. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to access and narrate the content of the newsletters you forward.
• Your use of the Service does not violate any copyright or subscription agreements with the original content creators.
• You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Billing and Payments

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Payments are processed via Stripe and are billed at the beginning of each cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. AI Limitation of Liability

The Service uses advanced AI technology. You acknowledge that:

• AI narrations may occasionally contain errors, mispronunciations, or omissions.
• AI summaries may misinterpret complex context.
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including code, design, and branding, is the property of ReadNoMore. You retain all rights to the underlying newsletter content you provide, subject to the license necessary for us to process it and provide the narration to you.
