• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and basic profile information via OAuth (Google) or Magic Link.
• Newsletter Content: We process the content of emails forwarded to your unique magic address to generate audio narrations.
• Usage Data: We collect data on which features you use and your interaction with our audio player to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Generate AI-narrated audio from your newsletters.
• Extract relevant links and resources for your dashboard.
• Maintain and secure your personal audio feed.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.

3. Data Retention & Security

Privacy is built into our core. We do not store your original newsletter emails indefinitely. After the AI has completed the transcription and narration process, the original email content is purged from our active processing systems. The resulting audio files and summaries are stored securely and are only accessible by you.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted partners to deliver our service:

• ElevenLabs: For high-quality AI narration.
• Google Gemini: For content processing and summarization.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing.
• Supabase: For database and authentication security.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, export, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete individual episodes or your entire account from the dashboard settings.
